Distinguished for his talent and creativity on the national food scene, Chef-proprietor Tim has earned the honor as one of the Top 25 Chefs in America by Food & Wine Magazine after he founded the nationally acclaimed restaurant, Serve All Catering, in 1987. Serve All Catering Company was established in 1987 in order to meet the growing demand for high-quality special events and corporate catering in Orlando Florida.
Chef Tim, who oversees the company’s kitchen and operations has cooked for many celebrities, athletes and public figures.
Chef Tim has also made several television appearances that include the Today Show and local Orlando news stations. He has seen his culinary masterpieces at Serve All Catering Company grace the covers of 6 national magazines. Not to mention Chef Tim has also had countless features in The New York Times, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Catering Magazine, Biz Bash, Special Events, and Catersource.

My wife and I hired serve all catering for our wedding, and its was one of the best decisions we made. Tim and his crew were just fantastic throughout. Tim met with us for multiple tastings to ensure we were happy with the menu which was great. While the food was delicious what really sets serve all apart is the service. Tim and his right hand man Pete were always available to answer questions and very easy to contact throughout planning and execution. They worked hard to create a menu within our budget and created special dishes to accommodate my wife’s food allergies. The day of Tim’s head server Yvette was just fantastic at making sure me and my bride had everything we needed at all times. The bartenders servers and even Tim and Pete worked all night going above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect wedding. They even made special to go boxes with dinner and cake and put the in our limo since we had very little time to eat, since we were thanking and receiving our guest. I could go on and on but I’ll just finish by saying Serve All Catering is a fantastic catering service and I recommend them for any size event. They will work with your event size budget and theme with professionalism and care. If you need a caterer look no further than serve all catering.

(I know I did a lot of research myself) I am SOOO happy I went with my gut when I chose them. I had my daughter’s Quinceanera on Saturday March 37th, 2021. I’m so glad I hired Serve All Catering to do my daughter’s event. The food was amazing! I got nothing but compliments from my guests about how good it was. Everyone loved it! It was hot, fresh and my husband and I were very pleased. Pete gave us a food testing prior to the event and he was very polite and professional. I totally recommend Serve All Catering for anyone’s event. My daughter was really happy!
Tim and staff with Serve all catering were amazing for my wedding on 07/25/2020. The first meeting and tasting with him was great! The wedding was nothing less than perfect!!! All of our family and friends raved about the food at the wedding. All of the food was hot and cooked to perfection. I still have family members in 2021 still talking about how good the food was.
